To return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.
All custom orders such as name signs, address signs, and other custom requests are non-refundable.

In your request please include order confirmation # and item you wish to return.
Item must be in original condition.
Original packing slip must accompany the original carton and wrapping.
Please pack returned items carefully and fragile items with extra care.
Include original packaging material and package as much intact as possible.
Buyer pays all return shipping costs.
We will refund or pay shipping costs only if the return is the result of our shipping error or the product is defective.
